May offers company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans (including an HSA & FSA) with buy-up options available as well. Domestic partners who have been residing together at least one year are eligible to participate in May’s healthcare plans.

We believe work-life balance is critical for our team members to do their best work, so we encourage all MAYniacs to take the time they need to unwind. We also celebrate 15 paid company holidays.

Paid Parental Leave

May Mobility offers a generous parental leave policy, as well as a weekly reimbursement for meals for those first few weeks at home so new parents have less to stress about.

Workspace and Home Office Benefits

For those MAYniacs who work hybrid or remote, May Mobility offers a generous monthly stipend to cover the cost of Wi-Fi and cell phone service. In addition, all new team members receive a stipend to maximize their home office space.

401(k) Matching

To help prepare our MAYniacs for the future and to achieve their personal financial goals, we offer a matching 401K program (up to the first 4%).

Competitive Salary and Equity (Stock Option) Program

Our compensation philosophy supports being fair and equitable. We compensate all employees at competitive rates for their level and experience at the time of hire, and we continue to “pay for performance” throughout their time at May Mobility.

Employee Total Wellness Program

May Mobility partners with a variety of vendors to provide resources across 8 dimensions of wellness. These resources provide assistance with concerns related to physical, mental, and emotional well-being, finances, job performance and more.

Core Hours

Early bird? Night owl, Responsible for kid drop-off or pick-up? No worries—May Mobility values flexibility. Our core hours are between 10am and 4pm EST, but team members are free to flex their working time to accommodate individual schedules.

Team and Company Events

With annual in-person get-togethers at our Ann Arbor, MI headquarters and regular events that range from in-person to remote, we look for any opportunity to bring the team together just for fun.
