Welcome to safer, greener, more accessible, autonomous vehicle rides. You can find available service areas and check if your wheelchair or scooter is compatible at maymobility.com. The first step to making your way with May Mobility is to book your ride.

It's easy to do with the May Mobility app. If you don't have a smartphone, you can call your local service number. You can find your local number on our website. Inside the app, ensure wheelchair accessibility is turned on. Then select your number of riders, one wheelchair user, plus up to two ambulatory writers. Choose your destination and select your pickup location. After your ride is booked, keep an eye out for your May Mobility vehicle. We have a feeling you'll know it's us!

When your vehicle arrives, the Autonomous Vehicle Operator, or AVO, will exit the vehicle to deploy any necessary ramps. If you are traveling with a service animal, let them board before you. To enter, position your wheelchair behind the vehicle's rear loading ramp, where the AVO will provide any needed assistance.

Your AVO will then attach the front and rear wheelchair securement straps and assist you with fastening your seatbelts. After you are securely inside, your AVO will secure the ramp, close the rear door, and return to the front of the vehicle. If you are traveling with any companions they can board during this time.

All you have to do next is enjoy the ride. Along the way your AVO will be happy to answer any of your questions about May Mobility. Once reaching your designated drop-off points, all non-wheelchair riders may exit on their own while your AVO helps you exit the vehicle.

Once you and all passengers have disembark, any service animals can join you on the curb. And that's all it takes to get you where you're going while helping you transform your city and the future of transportation.
