A Few Things Our Team Loves About May

Team member: The thing that I like about working at me is the people. I think we have very unique people from different backgrounds and different walks of life. But we all come together to accomplish the same goal.

Team member: Diversity. There are a bunch of people from different cultures, and also different backgrounds.

Team member: I get to branch out and work on different projects from Autonomy, new vehicle integration, and translate that product into society.

Team member: Being able to be at the forefront of this new industry. Autonomous vehicles. We're doing something that's going to be remembered for the rest of our lives.

Team member: Seeing the positive impact that we have on the diverse communities that we deploy our services.

Team member: Everyone, I'm surrounded by you can tell they know that they're changing the course of the future, and that's always exciting.

Team member: Without a doubt, it's the smartest group of people I've ever worked with. And intelligence isn't only measured in the number of PhDs that we have here. We have a lot of folks with PhDs. But emotional intelligence: we have people that are kind and caring that check in with one another. And it creates a really great sense of community every day that I look forward to being a part of.

Team member: I'm at May because we solve big, hairy problems. And that's something I've always wanted to do, is just find those problems that need to be solved at the forefront of technology.

Team member: As a product designer, my passion is understanding user needs and developing solutions to address those needs. And so coming to May, we get to discover all those problems and quickly implement solutions to solve those needs. And that's what really excites me.

Team member: Getting to collaborate with some of the smartest people I've ever met and having fun while we're doing it.

Team member: It kind of brings my two passions of cars and innovation together. It's a real family-oriented type place, especially in the Vail team where I work. And the work we do here is awesome.

Team member: Firstly, the mission, I believe, can truly change the way people live their lives. And secondly, the people. And when you combine those two things, that's a really rare pairing. And when I think about working at May and when I think about working in general, those two things are the most important to me and they're home runs here at May.

Team member: What I love about May is the focus on accessibility. I mean, we need to have inclusive communities. I mean, that's who our population is in the world and in its part of being humane, it's part of being a human.
