Never ridden in an autonomous vehicle (AV) before? We developed some new resources to make sure your experience riding with May Mobility is smooth, safe and enjoyable.

Wheelchair Accessible Riding Process
1. Download the app, toggle on "Wheelchair accessibility" and book your ride
2. Meet your May Mobility vehicle at the nearest pick-up location
3. Our AVO will assist with wheelchair entry via the rear-loading ramp
4. Enjoy the ride!
May Mobility is more than an AV company; we’ve made it our mission to bring accessible, equitable transportation to as many communities as possible. What does this mean for you? Not everyone has a car or can drive one. When we integrate our AV fleet into your public transit system, we are here to tell you that no matter your situation, income or physical ability, everyone can find greater freedom of mobility at just the click of a button.
For wheelchair users, make sure to toggle on the “wheelchair accessibility” switch within the account details portion of the app. Upon arrival, our AV operators will be ready to deploy the vehicle’s ADA-compliant wheelchair ramp and assist you with entry.
