When children are old enough and large enough to use the vehicle seat belt alone, they should always use lap and shoulder seat belts for optimal protection.

All children younger than age 13 should be restrained in the rear seats of vehicles for optimal protection.

No, May Mobility vehicles do not provide car safety seats for children and infants. Passengers are expected to bring the appropriate securement for their children.

No, there are no bike racks on May Mobility vehicles.

• Animals – Only certified service animals are allowed in the vehicles.
• Eating and Drinking – There is no eating or drinking allowed in the vehicles.
• Smoking – There are no tobacco products, vaping, or smoking allowed in the vehicles.
• Alcohol – Alcohol products are not allowed in the vehicles.

There’s limited floor space for bags and carry-on items, but the trunk may be used when additional storage is needed.

Our Rider-Only vehicles start after you authenticate your ride by scanning the QR code and then by pressing the start button on the keypad.

All imagery captured from external facing cameras are used to help the vehicle make safe maneuvers and to improve our autonomy software and incident response. The data stored is not associated with personally identifiable information.

Our internal facing camera monitors the autonomous vehicle operator (AVO) and the imagery is not offloaded from the vehicle unless there is an incident that requires investigation of the AVO.

Our vehicles are dynamically routed and after completing a ride depart to pick up the next rider. A return ride has to be booked separately.

This car can — and does — drive itself autonomously. Our vehicles are designed to handle a wide range of scenarios.
